About
I’m Victoria Huff, founder of The Happy Executive™.
Since 2014, I’ve worked with founders and CEOs in more than 44 countries, delivering over 5,700 coaching sessions designed to help leaders be heard, get seen, and earn more revenue and recognition™ without shouting.
My journey began in corporate sales at AT&T, a Fortune 50 company, where I started below the bottom rung of the ladder and rose to executive-level performance. At the same time, I was competing in fitness competitions and endurance sports discovering that the same habits that drive success in athletics also drive success in business.
In my 20s, I learned how to align fitness goals with business goals: tracking progress, sticking to a plan, pushing through challenges, and celebrating measurable wins. On my state champion relay team, which held the West Virginia record for fastest time, every race came down to knowing our splits, tracking improvement, and handing off the baton flawlessly.
