Since 2014, she has delivered 5,700+ coaching sessions to clients in 44+ countries, helping leaders turn ideas into cash flow, multiple revenue streams, and measurable growth.
Her background spans a Fortune 50 sales career with AT&T, leadership in technology and automation, and a lifelong record as a competitive athlete — from holding her high school relay team’s state record in West Virginia to competing in national fitness competitions.
Victoria applies the same discipline, focus, and strategy from her athletic career to her clients’ business goals, guiding them through KPI-driven AI Sprints, monetizing the “intellectual property between their ears,” and scaling visibility without sacrificing authenticity.

John Weatherspoon, PhD, JD
Dr. John Weatherspoon is a U.S. patent attorney with nearly two decades of experience securing and protecting intellectual property for clients worldwide. His expertise spans patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets — with deep industry knowledge in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and healthcare.
John has served as both outside counsel and in-house counsel, advising on portfolio strategy, conducting patentability and freedom-to-operate opinions, and guiding clients through IP monetization.
His background includes a B.S. in Neuroscience from Duke University, a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from George Washington University, and a J.D. from George Mason University School of Law. At The Happy Executive™, John ensures our clients’ most valuable ideas are protected as they scale.
